By accessing or using the iSpyro website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
iSpyro provides digital marketing services including Google Ads management, SEO, and analytics implementation as described in a separately executed statement of work or service agreement.
Fees are billed monthly in advance as outlined in your service agreement. Ad spend is billed separately, directly by the advertising platform, and is not included in our management fees.
While we apply industry best practices, digital marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or revenue results.
Either party may terminate services with 30 days' written notice after the initial ramp period specified in your agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, iSpyro's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid in the preceding three months.
